App

A preview of the document will not be shown for file formats like iBooks where preview

is not supported.

These are the default settings for all your documents.

Content Sources

MaaS360 integrates easily with your public environments, including SharePoint, Windows File Share content

and Intranet sites.

Note: If Private SharePoint is needed, you will need to install the MaaS360 Mobile Enterprise

Gateway. For more information, refer to the MaaS360 Mobile Enterprise Gateway

Administrators Guide.

Click Docs > SharePoint Sites to display the Manage SharePoint Settings screen.

You can see all your sites, the site URLs, the library/folder and the group access permissions.

To add a new site, click the Add New Site button.

Enter the Site Display Name, the Browser URL, Site URL, name of the Library or Folder that you wish to

share, Group Access Permissions and sharing restrictions:

• View and Share: users can open documents with third-party apps, email documents, and

copy/paste the content

• Restrict Share: users cannot open documents with third-party apps, email documents, or

copy/paste the content
