1. After lling a sheath with ultrasound gel and covering the probe with it, tie the base of the probe
with a rubber band.
2. Mount the adapter onto the probe.
3. After covering the probe with a second sheath, tie the base of the probe so that the second tie
is lower than the rst one.
4. Insert the needle into the needle guide.
