Using the Channel List

Broadcast > Channel List

Try Now

Press and hold the 방송안내 button while watching TV to bring up the Channel List and change the

channel or check programs on other digital channels.

Select a channel from the Channel List to jump to it right away. To quickly scroll through the list, use

the channel up/down buttons. This moves the focus one page at a time.

The Channel List screen contains the following icons:

: An analog channel

–

: A favorite channel

–

: A locked channel

Using the Options funtions

Press the left direction button, and then select Options. The following options are available:

Function Description

Antenna

Choose Air or Cable as the DTV mode. Air is suitable for homes equipped with separate,

over-the-air antennas. Cable is suitable for homes that subscribe to a local cable-service

or satellite-service provider.

Genre

Sort the list so that it includes channels of a selected genre only. You can only use Genre

if you have set the channel mode in the Channel List to Added and only if the added

channels contain genre information.

Check the network and make sure the TV is connected to the Internet. Your TV needs

to be connected to the Internet in order to receive the channel's genre information.

Edit Favorites

Designate favorite channels. Refer to the "Creating a Personal Favorites List" section for

more information.

Changing the Favorites

Press the right direction button to select Added Ch. or Favorites 1 ~ Favorites 5. This shows the

selected list's channels. However, a Favorites list can only appear if you have registered at least

one favorite channel. For more information, refer to "Creating a Personal Favorites List".
