your TV remotely. You will need to read and agree to the service agreement before using this feature.

Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test

Select Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test. The Picture Test displays a high definition picture to
examine the screen for flaws and issues. If the test fails to identify a problem, there may be a problem
with an external device or the signal strength.

If the test picture does not appear or there is noise or distortion, the TV may have a problem. Contact
Samsung’s Call Center for assistance.
